Bruce Springsteen en Nashville ofreció un concierto de 3 horas y trece minutos en el que destacaron tres debuts en esta gira. A petición de los fans tocaron dos clásicos de Rock And Roll: «Burning Love» de Elvis Presley y «Satisfaction» de los Rolling Stones.
 
Se esperaba alguna sorpresa al inicio del concierto pero empezó con «High Hopes» seguida de «Badlands». En la parte final del concierto, «The Wall» y «Point Blank» que debutó en esta gira y fue interpretada por primera vez en la historia en los bises. «Born In The USA» regresó al set-list. Su última aparición en Estados Unidos fue el 13 de Noviembre del 2009 en Auburn Hills.
 
Patti Scialfa y Little Steven no estuvieron presentes.
